Getting involved with Herbalife started to make me think of my lack of health, not to mention the fact that I had been overweight for more than forty years. I also suffered from some quite debilitating back, shoulder, neck problems and quite severe headaches, prompting the use of painkillers and nerve stimulants to the point of addiction. Because of all this I was drained of energy and vitality.

At the first opportunity I started on the Herbalife products and in the first week I had lost two kilo’s and my energy started to come back. Three months later my energy levels are through the roof. I am no longer dependent on painkillers, stimulants or use the back brace, in fact there are no painkillers or stimulants in my home at all. The biggest bonus to this is, considering that exercise has never been my forte (still don’t do any, never been keen on that subject) I have in three months lost thirty-seven cms from my waist, hips and chest and to top that I have also lost fourteen kilo’s. With these results I will be on these products for life.

Where I was prior to Herbalife is not where I want to be ever again, and as of now my lifestyle is changing. I’m on the move all of the time, meeting new people, finding new places and enjoying myself a lot more, thanks to my better health.

Footnote to the above:
In six months I have gone on to lose 22kg’s and a total of 56cms from the waist, hips and the chest. Also just recently I put my back out drastically but this time I was able to recover in about 8 days without the use of heavy medication and the usual 3 to 6 months physiotherapy and this I can only put down to the continuing use of the Herbalife products.

Footnote to the Footnote:
Visit to the doctors today resulted in a clean bill of health from blood and prostrate tests. Jumped on the scales and it showed that I have lost 30 kg’s in the last 4 years which shows that it took 42 months to lose 8 kg’s and only 6 months on Herbalife to lose the 22 kg’s.
