I started gaining weight from the day I left the Army in 1969. For almost 30 years, I was losing the battle with my weight and had developed several health issues. In fact, when Herbalife came into my life, I was about to embark on my 23rd annual diet. My wife, Noelene, had started using the products as a newly appointed Distributor, and I was impressed at the incredible energy she got within a few days.
I thought that if I could lose weight and gain energy at the same time, this was the program for me. So I set a goal to lose at least one kilo per week for 16 weeks. I’m happy to say that I achieved that goal in just 12 weeks and for the first time ever, I have been able to keep the weight off and maintain total control of my weight ever since that initial 16 kilo loss.

The only known side effects of Herbalife cellular nutrition is a significant improvement to any nutritionally related health problems, also enhanced general health and energy levels. I cleared up the symptoms of a hiatus hernia, stomach ulcer and arthritis in my fingers and feet.
As a result of continuing to use all of the Herbalife products, particularly Herbal Aloe Drink, I also cleared up a recurring skin condition that I have had since I returned from Vietnam in 1968. I was under the care of a Specialist who prescribed a steroid cream called Diprosone OV, which had no lasting effect on the rash, similar to all of the other products I had tried over the years. Herbalife’s fantastic products have worked, where all of the expensive creams etc have failed.
In 2002, I developed polymyalgia rheumatica. An extremely painful condition, causing severe stiffness and muscle pain in the neck, shoulders, and hips and flu-like symptoms including fever, weakness and weight loss. No-one knows the cause of the condition which usually affects people in
their 70s and women are twice as likely to be affected as men. There is no known cure but it will last 2-3 years without treatment. Research on the internet indicated that antioxidants could speed up the recovery rate. However, the symptoms are very effectively treated with a drug called Prednisone. To control the pain, I was taking 50mg per day and at that rate my doctor said it would take 18 months to 2 years to gradually reduce the dose to nil. Potential side-effects of prolonged use of Prednisone include:
o Fluid retention and weight gain
o Rounding of the face
o Delayed wound healing
o Bruising easily
o Diabetes
o Myopathy (muscle wasting)
o Glaucoma
o Increased blood pressure
o Decreased calcium absorption in the bones, which can lead to Osteoporosis
o Irritation of the stomach.
Obviously I was keen to get off Prednisone as soon as possible. Herbalife provided the solution. Effective weight control by varying product use to weight loss instead of maintenance to control my weight while taking Prednisone.
Increased use of RoseOx, to get off Prednisone as soon as possible. I was completely off the drug in 9 months. As a bonus, from the increased use of RoseOx, on my next visit to my Optometrist, I found that my distance vision had improved to such an extent that I no longer needed glasses to drive after 15 years of wearing them.

I am a Mum and my background is in insurance. I returned to work when my youngest daughter was just 7 months old. I enjoyed my role in a busy call centre, however I did miss out on a lot of things that the kids were doing as they progressed through preschool and infants into primary.
Crunch time came for me one week when 2 separate events were on at school, and my boss would only give me time off for one. I had to choose between my 9 year olds first flute performance or taking part in the “mother and daughter 3 legged race” at my other daughters infants sports day. I felt torn!
I started actively looking for a business that I could work from home giving me the flexibility to be a part of my kid’s lives at school.

I feel very blessed as a single Mum! I have just negotiated the purchase of my own home and last month, working part-time from home and spending 1 week away in Thailand, my income was over $2000.00 and the best part is I can see it growing exponentially in the future!

Asthma, Weight Gain and Acne

Before Herbalife I weighed 113.5kg my Bp was 165over 90, I was very lethargic, on tablets for cholesterol and I thought that stiff joints were a part of growing old. Also I had very bad indigestion and Mylanta tablets were my constant companion.
I started on the advanced Program, plus Aloe Concentrate (now I use every inner nutrition product that Herbalife has) because my doctor was going to increase my BP medication and I needed to loss weight.
The first day my energy levels went through the roof and I was not hungry at all.
In just four months I lost 23.5kg 30cm of body fat, my BP is now at 135over 70, I no longer fall a sleep in front of the TV, my joints are no longer stiff, and certain foods no longer affect me (digestion is a thing of the past).
The best part is that I have now maintained my goal weight for the last 9 months…. And that is something I could not do before.

WEIGHT LOSS AND BRONCHITIS
I started on the products 18 months ago at the time I was 10kg overweight my skin was very dry, I was also tired all the time plus I suffered with bronchitis for over 5 years.

I was introduced to the Herbalife products thru the business opportunity in June 05. Both my husband Steve & I started on the products immediately.
For years I had being a yo-yo dieter and always trying something new to lose my excess weight.

I started on the Herbalife products through the business opportunity, June 2002.
I had always been overweight and tired, suffered frequent migraines and backache. I was on medication for hypertension (high blood pressure). I also had a knee injury that wasn’t healing properly and an annoying circulation issue.
Within two days of taking Herbalife I noticed an improvement in my energy levels.
In two months I was able to lower and normalize my blood pressure from 155/110 to 130/80 and no longer take medication. I no longer suffer the frequent migraines or backache.
My knee has become much stronger and my circulation issue is manageable.

Due to being a victim of an armed hold up in 1995, I suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and this developed into a severe case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), which I have suffered from since. I was on extremely high doses of antidepressants for this.
In 1997 I had a car accident that injured my spine and I often limped because of the pain I was in. I even struggled to lift our two year old daughter at the time. For this I took anti-inflammatory medication and painkillers.
I also suffered from Tonsillitis, three to four times a year since I was about 10 years old.
I had regular sinus problems, ear infections and hay fever. For this I took anti-histamines, antibiotics, decongestants and more painkillers.
Having been born with a brain condition called “Hydrocephalus”, which is fluid on the brain; I had regular Headaches and Migraines. This condition required even more Panadol and Panadeine Forte. Also with this condition I have recently (in 2005) developed Epilepsy and was having up to four seizures a day.
With my Coke Addiction I suffered from serious Heartburn, found it hard to sleep because of the pain in my chest and drank Mylanta like milk.
Lastly my weight had ballooned to 102.5 kilos and I was always tired.
Due to these problems I was told that I would probably never work again. I believed this and felt pretty worthless and depressed. I even thought about suicide a few times.
Thankfully my wife found “Herbalife” in June 2002 and she started me on the products.
It literally changed my life.
Within 24 hours my energy went through the roof. My Coke addiction disappeared after three days. The heartburn eased after one month on the products, as did the amount of medication I was taking. After the second month I wasn’t taking any medication at all.
My back pain, headaches and migraines have all but disappeared.
My OCD is under control without the medication. Its six months since I have had a seizure. I can walk without pain or a limp. I can lift objects that used to be difficult and painful.
I can’t remember the last time I had Tonsillitis, Ear aches, Sinus or Hay fever. My memory and mental clarity is better than it’s ever been.
Best of all I’ve lost over 20 Kilos, kept it off for more than three years and I feel Fantastic!!!
